- Wait for an automatic reply with your account balance details.

- Enter the first part of your Account Number in the subject field. For example, if your account number is 879833-04, enter 879833.
- Send the blank email message to bill@kplc.co.ke

Comment:I wrote a letter to kplc Eldoret office, requesting to change old metre to token !! They confirmed for the same!! It’s a year now BT no reply!! why!!!?? To get bills is a another problem!!?
