University of Nairobi Online Room Application

University of Nairobi online room application and allotment exercise to first-year students for the 2017/2018 academic year reporting on September 4, 2017, is now open. Students are required to access the UON Students portal to apply.

The Application Deadline is on August 27, 2017. Students are therefore advised to apply to avoid any inconveniences. The University has also announced that there shall be no extension after the closure on August 21, 2017.

University of Nairobi Online Room Application

During the University of Nairobi Online Room Application process, check ensure that you have confirmed the room allocation by clicking on the “Confirmation” tab in your portal- (the column labeled status shall change from ‘booked’ to ‘confirmed’).

Those who will not have confirmed their allotment by the end of August 21st, 2017 shall forfeit their rooms automatically and without any further recourse.

  • Students registration Number
  • Use either one of the following as your initial password: KCSE Index No, National ID/ Passport No, or Registered Mobile No.

For New Students, enter the Application Reference numbers as it appears in your acceptance letter to get your allocated Student Registration number as shown below.
