Let’s just call it the pros of using this great app. But remember, anything that you do online is susceptible to privy eyes and con artists. So what does the app do?
With the Eazzy Banking app, you can manage your bank account online by viewing all your accounts and you are also able to transfer funds to other networks and banks.
In addition to the above, you can send money, buy airtime, pay bills, and pay for goods and services using Eazzy pay.
The app has an inbuilt feature that allows you to track the Nairobi Stock Exchange, view your stock portfolio if you’re into forex trading. Finally, on the stock exchange feature, you can view the currency exchange rates in real-time and request for a preferential exchange rate.

Equity bank app cons
With all of the above said, here is the sad truth. Well, this isn’t my experience exactly. But allow me to make one thing clear, the downside of this great app is based on the Google play store in-app reviews made by disgruntled members of the public.
Here is a quick summary of some of the common pitfalls of the app;
- You have to register every time you use the app, this is quite pointless as it also considered a waste of time and precious bundles,
- On rare occasions, transactions are done twice. This is rather painful and annoying considering the amount of time you’ll have to spend to reverse the transaction.
- Users with old android phones have reported problems with logins. This was after the bank made an upgrade to the previous app.
- since the last update, users have to fill a large number of forms requiring more details such as bank account, date of birth, and email address among other things.
Summarily, the user interface of this app is rather amazing and is also easy to use. I hope the bank downgrade the current update to the old version which was rather user-friendly and intuitive to use.
