MultiChoice Kenya in the spirit of giving back to its customers has introduced a new campaign called Step Up.
which will give DStv and GOtv customers more reason to stay connected in the new year.
From Wednesday 15 January until Friday 29 February, MultiChoice customers who pay and renew their current subscription will get a free upgrade.
They will be stepped up to more sports, drama, movies, TV shows, documentaries, kids’ shows and so much more.
All DStv customers will be stepped up for free to a higher package for 30 days of access.
Likewise, GOtv active and disconnected customers will also be stepped up to a higher package.
According to MultiChoice Kenya Managing Director Nancy Matimu, the business understands the economic and income priorities pressure that the beginning of the year can bring to its customers. Therefore, it is a great opportunity to ease this pressure

To pay and renew subscriptions, all customers will have to do is to simply dial *423#.
MultiChoice DStv customers with an active subscription can view DStv anytime anywhere on any smartphone, tablet, computer or smart TV by simply downloading the DStv Now App.
Additionally, DStv Premium customers have access to movies, sports and telenovelas on the ShowmaxApp for up to 5 users.
